Corvette C2 (1963-1967)
Designed by the legendary Larry Shinoda, the first "Stingray" corvettes were introduced at this time and produced between 360 and 375 horsepower.
Corvette C3 (1968-1982)
The offspring of Larry Shinoda's Mako Shark II concept car, the early part of this generation saw the brief production of the (now extremely rare) 1969 model with the all-aluminum ZL-1 engine producing more than 500 horsepower. Other standard models in this generation were outfitted with V8 engines ranging from a 327 CID engine to the LS6 454 CID big block engine.
