At Texoma Classics, we evaluate, diagnose, compression test every vintage engine that passes through our facility.  Once the work begins, we tear down the engine to inspect every cylinder, Crank and valve. 

If your vintage car needs parts, we have a custom fabrication process in our facility with a full industrial Lathe machine, so whether its pouring Babbitt or any other custom part, our expert staff  will make it happen.

Complete professional rebuilt Model T and Model A engines, T's include; new poured Babbitt (mains, rods and ball cap), crank ground and polished, Babbitt line bored to match crank, cylinders bored to .0x0" over, new aluminum pistons, new rings, new piston wrist pins, cam polished, new cam bearings, magneto magnets recharged (13 VAC at idle, 29 VAC at speed and starts on magneto), new Kevlar transmission linings, new transmission bushings, bushings honed, new Jack Rabbit Clutch, rebuilt carburetor, new valves, new adjustable lifters, valve/lifter guides installed if needed, new valve seats if needed, valves lapped, starter/generator rebuilt, generator adjusted, exhaust manifold straightened if warped and all new gaskets and paint. All engines are 'run in', in a fully instrumented test stand and are monitored for all critical aspects of operation.

Distributor rebuilt,  new water pump, new timing gears, new fuel pump, new oil pump, starter/generator rebuilt, generator/regulator adjusted, exhaust manifold straightened or changed out if warped, all new gaskets and paint. Late V8 49-53

LS3 Conversions

Full LS3 conversions,  including: modified chassis, engine installation, drive-train engineering/modification and Electronic Control Unit (ECU). The LS3 6.2L is modified to 525-hp starting with the standard engine in the Chevrolet Corvette and is a fantastic combination of high technology and uncompromising performance. Our LS3 crate engine comes complete, from the Corvette-specific oil pan to the ignition system. It also includes the EFI intake manifold assembly with injectors and throttle body, exhaust manifolds, water pump, balancer, 58X reluctor wheel, and 14-inch automatic-transmission flexplate.

Inside, the LS3 is filled with components designed for high performance and longevity. The aluminum block is filled with a sturdy reciprocating assembly that combines with L92-type rectangular-port heads to deliver a 10.7:1 compression ratio. A high-lift, hydraulic roller camshaft delivers a whopping 0.551-inch of lift on the 2.16-inch intake valves and 0.522-inch lift on the 1.59-inch exhaust valves, enhancing the LS3’s tremendous airflow and broad torque curve.
